Gyre’s accreditation training equips you to coach individuals, develop teams, and embed Gyre across your organisation.

Each module is hands-on and structured to help you build confidence, skill, and impact.

Module 1: Supporting Individual Growth & Performance

At the end of Module 1, you will:

  • Understand the science behind our model

  • Have a deep understanding of the Personal or Individual Journey

  • Know how and when to use the tabs ‘My Development’ & ‘My Dashboard’

  • Understand Insight through to Habit-based learning

  • Know where reports are stored

  • Know how to find additional resources

  • Have practised the structure and process for interpreting and working with Solo reports

  • Have tested some of the AI tools in the Personal Journey

  • Know how to set up and invite people to give Viewpoints feedback

Module 2: Building & Coaching High-Performing Teams

At the end of Module 2, you will:

  • Understand how to work with Viewpoints feedback

  • Have a deep understanding of the Team Journey

  • Know how and when to use the tabs ‘Team Lead Area’ & ‘Team Dashboard’

  • Understand Insight through to Habit-based learning

  • Know where reports are stored

  • Know how to find additional resources

  • Have interpreted team reports to identify team development focus areas

  • Know how to work with the team pathways to structure impactful team development sessions

Module 3: Embedding Gyre & Advanced Insights

At the end of Module 3, you will:

  • Have the knowledge and tools to embed Gyre confidently across onboarding, development, and leadership

  • Move from individual use to organisational application

  • Shift from using tools to embedding them strategically

  • Move from interpreting reports to understanding broader patterns

  • Use admin tools to support others and manage uptake

  • Embed Gyre into recruitment, onboarding, and development
